Anxiety and chronic worrying are exhausting and confusing. Your mind may be racing, anticipating the next worry. You could feel on edge, irritable, or like something bad is bound to happen.
Anxiety doesn’t just show up in our thoughts. It manifests itself in our bodies too. Anxiety can show up as tightness in your chest, stomach aches, and headaches.
No matter how your anxiety shows up for you, you don’t have to keep toughing it out.
In our work, we’ll slow down, and explore the feelings and patterns contributing to your anxiety. We’ll work on managing your symptoms as well as understanding what’s driving your anxiety. We will work on calming your nervous system down, building tools that you can use both in and outside of session, and helping you feel more grounded and in control.
