Anxiety and chronic worrying are exhausting and confusing. Your mind may be racing, constantly focused on something that is causing you stress. You could feel on edge and out of control. Anxiety impacts our nervous systems and often shows up in our bodies, too. Maybe your chest feels tight, your stomach hurts, or your head aches.
No matter how your anxiety shows up, I’m here to help. Together we’ll explore the deeper feelings or patterns that contribute to your anxiety, work on calming your nervous system down, and discuss tools that you can use both in and outside of session to help you cope.
