Hi there!
I’m Sarah (She/Her)
My journey to the therapy chair began at 9 years old. Yes, you read that correctly. I learned about the profession from my mom who was taking a psychology course at the time. I was amazed that I could dedicate my career to listening to people, making them feel safe and supported, and helping them feel better. I made it my mission to do just that. Many years later, here I am. I love what I do and consider it a privilege to hear my client’s stories and support them in reaching their goals.
Prior to opening my private practice, I worked in a support and advocacy role for survivors of sexual trauma, domestic violence, and child abuse. My experience has also included providing individual and group therapy to adolescents in a school based behavioral health setting and case management for adults in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy trying new restaurants, exercising, and curling up with a good book. On my days off you may find me spending time with my husband and friends, lazing around with my cat, or spending time outside with my rambunctious dogs.
